Job Description:
Resource should possess 7-10 years of experience in SAP SD with Service
Management(SM) / Customer Service(CS)
In-depth knowledge in Notifications, Service Orders, RMA, Repair Orders,
Warranty and the Invoicing
Good knowledge in Contracts Management (Quantity/Value & Service)
Knowledge in Revenue Recognition Process
Expert knowledge in Master Data such as Equipment master, Warranty master,
functional location etc.,
Knowledge in EDI/Interface processes
