Job Title : SFDC BA and Lead BA

Mandatory Skills:
Salesforce administration, development, and object oriented programming
background are a major plus
Support Sales force administration, configuration, and / or solution design
(depending upon knowledge of the Salesforce platform) with understanding
requirements and working with key stakeholders to fill in gaps/unanswered
questions.
Job Description:
Help develop, implement, & adhere to business analysis & project management
processes and procedures
Document appropriate requirements, process flows, and user stories in the
product backlog for the solution desired
Coordinate communication, training and related change management activities
Coordinate user acceptance testing of new technology solutions
Help facilitate lessons learned and post project review meetings
Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and / or solution design
(depending upon knowledge of the Salesforce platform) with understanding
requirements and working with key stakeholders to fill in gaps/unanswered
questions
