Speech-Language Pathologist

Location : North Charleston, South Carolina

Job Type: Part time

Evaluates and treats children birth to 21 years of age with temporary or long-term speech, hearing, feeding, and cognitive disabilities in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Provides direct home-based treatment focused on an established plan of care

Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations

Requires effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers

Maintains client records and completes SOAP notes in an accurate and timely manner

CF or CCC-SLP
Master’s degree required
