Job Title : RPA Automation Lead
Location : Bloomfield, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
Act as an Automation lead; coordinate with customer stakeholders, support
leads and support engineers to identify automation opportunities to
minimize/eliminate manual and repeated tasks in L2 production support
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Understand customer?s technology/application landscape and identify
automation opportunities in L2 production support activities
· Work with automation/implementation team and project team to come
up with implementation plan for identified automation opportunities
· Plan, Define, Execute and Track Automation targets across the
engagement
· Track progress of Automation and work with customer in removing
impediments blocking progress
Skills Required:
· 10+ Years of IT experience in AMS projects.
· Experience in enterprise level large scale RPA development &
implementation using RPA tools.
· Expert in any of the RPA tools: Blue Prism or any other market
leading RPA platforms
· Experience in basic programming and scripting languages (.Net/Java/
VB script/JavaScript)
· Working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB)
· Must have experience in implementing or supporting end to end RPA
projects
· Good business communication skills & client facing skills
· Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from
use-case documents
