Skill set ? Core Java , Spring Boot, Struts (MVC Framework), Hibernate (ORM
Framework), Scripting Languages (JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX) and Web Services
· Roles and Responsibilities:
o Developer is the primary role. Should be hands on and very strong in
technology.
o Should work very closely with customer Architects to understand the
product architecture and Design and contribute for product Design
o Need skills to contribute for all SDLC phases effectively
o The candidate should have experience in working with offshore development
team and should mentor the junior developers effectively
o Good technical documentation skills and estimation skills is a must
