We are a full service construction company, and over the past few years our business has expanded, we are looking for responsible, trained and experienced Carpentry / Framer / Drywall subcontractors to help with our expansive projects.
We are looking for small companies that want to sell us labor, we buy all the materials and your crew executes the job.
Job Overview:
Fabricates, constructs, and repairs structural Metal Frame & woodwork, wood products and Suspended Ceilings by following blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions; using carpentry tools, equipment and management of crews
Requirements:
~General Liability Insurance
~Workers Compensation or Workers Compensation Exemption
~Reliable Transportation
~Basic Tools
Payment: Per contract ($15 – $28 Per Hour per Person)
Experience In:
Framing and Drywall:
Plaster & Finish
Suspended Ceiling (Required)
General Carpentry(Wooden Decks, Pergolas, fences)
Installing Fixtures
Skills:
Attention to Detail, Planning, Power Tools, Conceptual Skills, Supply Management, Basic Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Presenting Technical Information, Judgment, Customer Service
Duties:
Produces carpentry products and services by following standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Determines material requirements and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated by studying blueprints, sketches, or building plans.
Prepares layout by following carpentry procedures for fabrication of counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, and building framework and trim, using rule, framing square, and calipers.
Complies with federal, state, and local building codes by adhering to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Provides carpentry information by answering questions and requests.
Understand and operate carpentry tools with efficiency and skill
Ensure all work is completed with timeliness and quality
Effectively communicate with other departments and employees
Be trustworthy and dependable at all times
Be able to work an average of 40-60 hours per week
