Need: Agile Coach
Location – Short Hills, NJ
Duration: 6+Months

Agile Coach:
    Team Coaching experience and should have worked with Technology and Non ?
Technology teams
    Have a good depth of knowledge on Kanban and Scrum frameworks
    Have some experience with Agile Scaling
    Great communication and Interpersonal skills
    Able to use influence to help teams understand value of the coaching and
the outcomes they will achieve
    Good grasp of JIRA (portfolio plugin is plus)
