Service Plumber

Responsibilities:

– Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
– Respond to plumbing calls from our general contractors.
– Install plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties.
– Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems.
– Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems.
– Prepare written time and material sheets for clients.
– Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
– Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection
the first time.
– Valid and in good standing driver’s license.
