About This Job:

1. Performance improvement; policies and procedures; staffing/productivity; program development; and nursing care for specific patient populations

2. Works closely with staff, physicians, and other managers to ensure quality patient care

3. Guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources

Must Haves for This Job:

1. Bachelor’s required -or- Master’s degree in Nursing, Psychiatry or Mental Health Preferred

2. RN license in the State of Florida and BLS

3. Min 2 years related experience.

4. Demonstrated success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management.
