The Boys & Girls Clubs of Chattanooga is looking for a part time administrative assistant available beginning September 10.
Requirements: minimum 3 years’ experience in a small office setting, professional, organized, confidential, team player and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Acting as receptionist
General clerical duties
Keep calendar for organization and Sr. management
Correspondence
Mail
Oversee Membership data & status
Hours: 9:00-4:30 Monday – Thursday; 9:00-1:00 Friday
Pay range: $9-$13 per hours based on experience and qualifications.
