Are-Pitas, is a family owned, fast-casual restaurant. We are looking for motivated people with a passion for food and customer service to join our team! We are rapidly expanding and looking for crew members to work full-time or part-time. We have a unique work environment where you’re trained over time, to work every position in the restaurant. From the grill, to the register, morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities and Duties

An Are-Pitas crew member

-must be committed to provide excellent customer service and achieve a great experience for our guests every time in a fast paced, clean and safe environment.

-Learn and become cross-trained (certified) in all positions over time while following key practices.

-Follow health and safety guidelines for a clean and safe environment.

-Be a team player, display enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

-Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

-Operate and maintain food and drink related equipment and registers properly and safely.

Qualifications and Skills

-Restaurant work experience: 2 years of experience preferred.

-Work well in a team environment and understand that each position depends on the other.

-Be able to work in fast paced environment, exhibit a sense of urgency.

-Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

-Responsibility, punctuality and availability to work on certain weekend days are required.

-Must be available to work on a flexible schedule including weekends.
