We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fast Food Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management team by leading and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-paced work environment. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in fostering teamwork, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Supervise, guide, and motivate team members during shifts to achieve operational excellence.

Foster a culture of collaboration and respect among team members.

Assist in training new hires and coaching staff to enhance skills and performance.

Customer Service:

Ensure all customers are served promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between team members and management to ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.

Provide feedback to staff and escalate any concerns to the management team as needed.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-energy setting.

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and support.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

2)Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.

3)Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

4)Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous but not mandatory.

5)Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
