Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Database Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and support our team’s data needs.​

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain database systems to meet organizational needs.

Ensure data security, integrity, and availability.

Monitor database performance and implement improvements.

Develop and enforce database standards and procedures.

Collaborate with IT and content teams to support data requirements.

Perform regular backups and recovery testing.

Stay updated with emerging database technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Database Manager or similar role.

About the Role:
In this role, you will support decision-making across departments by gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data. You’ll work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and business leaders to turn raw data into actionable insights that improve our processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
-Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
-Create easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
-Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
-Support senior analysts in larger projects by preparing data extracts, summaries, and reports.
-Maintain data documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in tracking data sources and analysis steps.
-Conduct basic statistical analysis (mean, median, standard deviation, etc.) to summarize key information.
-Present findings in a clear, organized manner to non-technical audiences.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools/technologies in data analysis.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis tools).
-Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
-Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (but not required):
