The Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and HR teams to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented, and that the desired outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the change process.
Communication Planning: In partnership with Comms team, develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes, ensuring clarity and transparency
Change Readiness: Assess organizational change readiness. Develop strategies to address and mitigate concerns or resistance
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, HR, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across the organization.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on change management progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in change management and organizational development
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

Insurance industry experience preferred
Experience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

Job Description:

The CDL Short Haul position will perform a variety of routine and complex transportation duties involving driving and coordination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Locating staged axles for loading
Assisting and preparing orders for loads
Loading and/or unloading trucks
Auditing loads to ensure product matches the order; verifying for accuracy
Strapping loads securely to trailer

Senior Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for a variety of general and advanced accounting functions including overall responsibility for general ledger account analysis, fixed asset management, journal entry processing, and bank reconciliations.

Essential Functions:

Prepares monthly bank reconciliations/cash account reconciliations; prepares journal entries as needed; follows up on any unusual items.

Maintains fixed asset records, prepare monthly depreciation schedules, and oversees annual physical inventory.

Assists with month-end close by analyzing variances and creating month-end journal entries as needed.

Assists with analysis, reconciling and adjustment of accounts as part of the year-end close and audit process.

Assists with preparation for the annual audit and Form 990.

Creates and provides timely data and data analysis to senior level management staff as needed.

Administers corporate credit cards, which includes ensuring correct coding of expenses, collecting receipts, and adding/deleting/modifying users.

Collaborates with departments on financial reporting and grant tracking.

Reviews Accounts Payable invoices for proper authorization.

Is committed to the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee’s Child Abuse/Neglect Prevention efforts as a mandatory reporter.

Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or in Business with an emphasis in Accounting is preferred.
A minimum of five years accounting experience that includes working with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience with managing fixed asset records is preferred.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Demonstrated success in providing pro-active customer (member) service along with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders (members, program participants, staff, and volunteers).
Must be able to tactfully deal with conflict and confidential information.
Advanced understanding of accounting.
