Technician Role Overview:
Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
Cleaning Screens.
Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
Gutter Cleaning.
Additional Responsibilities:
Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week.
They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning.
Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting.
These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company’s growth.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, ISO, or others relevant to financial services industry.
• Proficiency in enterprise issue management tools and Microsoft office Suite
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
