Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting design, development, and implementation of
enterprise-wide customer premises equipment (CPE) activation. provisioning,

associated operating systems and databases. Participation in full
life-cycle of systems engineering activities of high-quality, scalable
solutions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance
the customer experience
– Develops tools and applications to increase automation of manual
process to increase accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day tasks
– Develops tools to aid in proactive monitoring and issue detection on
customer premises equipment and the associated back office systems
– Coordinates with internal departments to review existing integration
capabilities, data sources, and proposed solution designs for feasibility,
cost and functionality
– Conducts design sessions with appropriate participation from
architects and engineers
– Creates detailed design documents and functional specifications for
new applications/ services and for enhancements to existing systems/
services
– Collaborates to create configuration designs for design and
implementation of various environments
– Creates work effort estimates for new features and bug fixes for use
in prioritization and release management
– Design core code modules, unit test tools and release notes for
enhancements and bug fixes
– Reviews new development tools, application frameworks and testing
tools for functionality/effectiveness
– Provides ‘on call’ support to resolve application and tool outages
after normal business hours
– Uses established change management processes, requiring operational
procedures be performed with minimal customer impact, (i.e. during
established maintenance window)
– Configure, tune and maintain databases in variety of languages
– Documents systems configurations and upgrades
– Designs and implements change and control policies and disaster
recovery plans: lead troubleshooting efforts to restore functionality in
the event of an outage
– Monitors and assists in managing applications, device availability,
network conditions and status system reliability and performance, service
and program maintenance and storage resources
– Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
– Advanced knowledge of the Python programing language including
utilization of Class Structures, network related modules and programing
(HTTP, socket, ping, SNMP, etc.) database integration, Python web
frameworks, RESTful API integration (React, Django)
– Strong experience on Kafka
– Strong ability to transform an operational need into a description of
system parameters and incorporate those parameters in the control of the
total system development to achieve an optimum, cost-effective balance of
all system elements
– Strong with Object Oriented Programming along with applicable design
patterns
– In-depth knowledge in relational databases (MySQL/ MariaDB. Postgres,
ete.) and SQL syntax
– In-depth experience in developing Cl/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab
Runner, Atlassian Bamboo)
– In-depth knowledge of Source/Version Control (Git. GitHub, GitLab.

1. Job Summary:

The School Age Child Care Program Director is responsible for managing all sites/programs and for assisting the Child Care District Supervisor with the overall operations of YMCA SAC programs. Required:

Minimum age of 21.
Minimum of two years of experience working with and leading youth programs.
Minimum of one year previous supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Adult and child CPR or CPR/PR, First Aid, and AED Certifications within 30 days of hire date.
Commitment to working with school age children in a recreational setting and a sincere desire to have a meaningful effect on their lives.
Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Degree in education or recreation.
