Responsibilities:
– Responsible for leading & directing development team.
– Coordination with customers & tooling supplier regarding ongoing project.
– Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements.
– Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
– Work to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities.
– Provide technical leadership and expertise within all operations.
– To scrutinize the new enquiries.
– Provide quotations for any new product development.
– To accept orders and issue order acceptance to the Customers.
– To monitor order position on regular basis.
– To organize review in case of changes required by customer.
– To identify the customer specific requirements and communicate to concern department.
– Monitor the all-development activities.
– Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
– Determines the process for creating a new product.
– Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item.
– Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.
– Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.
– Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan. Engineering process knowledge
Requirements:
– Experience in developing cleaning tools.
– Leadership and people management skills.
– Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
