We are looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our expanding Therapy and Wellness Practice in Western Massachusetts. This is a Per Diem contract position with the opportunity for a flexible schedule working with a distinct population.

The Watch Wellness Group opened in 2022 with the mission of bringing quality mental health services to First Responders and their families who are living and working in our local area. Because our practice is dedicated to First Responders and their families, the ideal candidate should posses the necessary aptitude and skills to work with this population. Candidate would also receive guidance and training from our lead clinician.

This position is Per Diem and allows for a good deal of flexibility in scheduling. We take care of the client management, claims, billing, and credentialing so that you can focus on client evaluation and treatment. All session are in-person on site at our office location, and telehealth is available based on client need.

Responsibilities
• Perform mental health risk assessments in accordance with practice standards
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans and counseling interventions for clients
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation in a timely manner and to practice standards

Qualifications
• Master’s (Required)
• LMHC/ LMFT/ LADC-1 (Required-at least one)
• Clinical/Social work: 1 year (Preferred)

Summary of Responsibilities
Provides leadership and strategic direction for leveraging scholarship funds and scholar programs as key drivers for recruitment, retention, and student success.

Essential Functions
Works with strategic partners on developing strategy and with donors to maximize scholarship dollars supporting strategic enrollment goals, including both recruitment and retention. Represents the college at internal and external meetings that involve scholarships and scholarship programs.
Develops and markets the scholarship application to prospective and current students. Communicates with students seeking financial assistance providing the appropriate guidance, resources, and tools for funding their education.
Manages scholar programs including candidate selection, donor-recipient engagement activities, and student mentoring. Packages applications for department and donor-selected scholarships and work with departments/donors to select recipients.
Writes annual reports and prepare presentation materials on scholarship programs including financial summaries for donors, companies, the college, and university audits.
Works with stakeholders within and beyond the college to identify new and/or innovative strategies to better support students with financial need, which may include leveraging existing university resources, advocating for new/additional resources, and using data to inform student success initiatives related to access and affordability.

Minimum Education
BachelorÂ’s degree in related field

Minimum Experience
Six (6) years of experience in academic, student support services in higher education or related field, with two (2) years of experience in a leadership role

Preferred Experience
Knowledge of Scholarship Universe software.

Understanding how to work with diverse populations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and other professionals across campus.
