A well respected Michelin Restaurant is looking for a Head Chef

The Property is set in a fairly rural location in the countryside about 10 miles from a Train station so applicants should ideally be a driver, but this is not essential.

The Restaurant serves tasting menu only and has an amazing well-equipped modern kitchen currently holding a full team of chefs

The Chef Patron is ideally looking for somebody who is currently a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a Michelin starred restaurant and who is looking to commit for at least a couple of years in the role.
He feels this dynamic works best for the team rather than an experienced Michelin Head Chef.

The restaurant serves Tasting Menu only for approximately 40 guests

They are looking for somebody with talent, vision and a proven track record who is prepared to give commitment and willing to relocate
