We are looking to engage a Cleaning Subcontractor to maintain a clean and orderly environment at one of our job sites.
Location Details:
– Building 1418-A: One floor and one lobby require regular cleaning.
– Building 1430-B: Two floors, one lobby, and one elevator also need upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure all designated areas remain clean and orderly.
– Vacuum each floor weekly.
– Vacuum each lobby weekly.
– Clean and sweep the elevator in Building 1430-B weekly.
Qualifications:
– Must hold valid insurance.
– Should possess commercial-grade cleaning equipment (such as a vacuum); expenses for cleaning materials will be reimbursed.
– Strong attention to detail is essential.
