Responsibilities :
1. General Duties :
– Handle inbound customer service calls from different Fortune 500 companies.
– Serve as the initial point of contact for banking inquiries, retail, commercial, and online banking concerns.
– Address issues related to bank cards, fraud, forgery, identity theft, policy, and procedural questions.
– Provide support for existing and prospective clients through inbound calls.
2. Specific Expectations :
– Resolve customer concerns across a variety of services, including home improvement, cruise lines, amusement parks, and electricity companies.
– Perform administrative tasks, which may involve updating records and handling client issues accurately and efficiently.
3. Requirements :
– A 1099 position; candidates choose their own hours post-certification.
– Must have a laptop or desktop computer (PC requirements include Windows 10 or 11), a USB hardwired headset, and a physical hard phone connected to a modem.
– Background check required ($30 fee, valid for 3 years).
4. Pay and Structure :
– Pay is hourly, generally between $10-$15 per hour, depending on the specific company and role.
– Certification course is provided for free, after which agents can begin working.
– Payments are issued on the 15th and last day of each month, minus an administrative fee.
