Position: Snowflake Developer

Location: Texas City, TX (Remote Till Covid)

Type: Contract

Job Description:

· Total IT industry experience of 9+ years.

· Experience in building data engineering pipelines within Snowflake.

· Demonstrate Strong PL/SQL skills or snowflake SQL implementing
complex stored procedures.

· Strong understanding of best practices in data warehousing and ETL
concepts.

· Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, Entity and Relationships,
able to define all SCD types & have an implementation approach towards it.

· Ability to do orchestration within Snowflake by using
Tasks/Streams/Identify CDCs.

· Ability to fine-tune code and do performance tuning in PL/SQL.

· Experience loading and processing structured and semi-structured
data in Snowflake.

· Strong understanding of various kinds of SQL JOINs, stored
procedures, UDFs, and CTEs.

· Experience with building nested views in Snowflake.
