Role – Tele Callers / Contact Centre Officer
• Reach out to existing and potential customers.
• Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
• Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
• Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.
• Domestic process + Day Shift
