Job Description:

Overall 8+ years’ experience

L2 Batch and Application monitoring

Having 3+ years of experience in Capital Market in areas of Trading, Asset
management, Equity and mutual funds.

Experience in resolving batch job failures by understanding application
business failure, work with stakeholders and providing interim or permanent
resolution.

In case of ticket requiring permanent resolution move it to L3 team.

Technical experience in areas of Eagle software, C# console apps, FoxPro,
SSIS, Axyx Integration.

Good customer relationship and stakeholder management
