Job Description:
? Deep understating on the key data principles of SAP S/4HANA MDG
architecture, functionality, and configuration
? Deep understanding on key SAP MDG concepts ? Data Modelling, UI Modelling,
Process Modelling, Governance
Process, Mass Processing, DRF, DIF and Data Quality
? Deep functional and technical knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management Data
Objects ? Equipment, Functional
Locations, Change Pointers, PM hierarchies
? Experience with Asset Information Workbench (Utopia)
? Deep understating on the key data principles
? Design and optimize End to End SAP Core Master Data Governance process at
the client.
? Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations
and leading/best practices.
? Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core SAP MDG solution and
ensure it works seamlessly.
? Work with business analyst to document and manage business and functional
requirements
? Work with business analyst to analyze business processes and systems,
identify inefficiencies and/or required controls,
document procedures, track key Performance Indicators
? Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications
and/or System configuration
rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and
meeting client needs
? Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and
stakeholders to create Master Data Governance
templated and workflows.
? Develop strong relationships with internal teams and gain the trust of key
stakeholders
? Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the
business stakeholders
? Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged
software first
? Prototype the configuration and test; as appropriate, apply the
configuration in the gold client and re-test
? Adhere to PepsiCo? change control standards & PepsiCo methodology /
Technology COE standards
? Collaborate with business analysts, internal and external customers to
elicit their business concerns and develop
workable solutions
? Work with business analysts and QA team to prepare test scenarios and data
? Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance
expectations
Qualifications:
? BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing,
Information Systems Management, Computer
Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or
experience
? Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP MDG EAM master data objects
? Equipment, Functional Locations,
Measurement Points and PM Hierarchies.
? Minimum of five end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, including hands-on design
and configuration Experience with
obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in
designing solutions
? Understands the integration of business processes to Package master data,
integration between the various Package
modules and to subscribing systems.
? Ability to Inspire confidence with business and IT leadership
? Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(written and oral)
? Certification SAP modules a plus
? Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office tools including
SharePointix.Demonstrated ability to work effectively
with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
