Job Description:
CDL A Drivers Wanted for regional dry van haul
National retailer loading out of Odessa, TX
DELIVERY TYPE:
Multi-Stop routes (2-4 deliveries per route)
Driver hand unload by single cartons with cargo rollers
STATES SERVED:
AZ, CO, NM, TX
Trailers Type : 53/48 foot swing doors; Some liftgate
BACKHAULS:
20% of the Loads
$.62 cpm
All drivers get $.005 cpm increase every 6 months, $.67 cpm maximum.
34 Hour Reset at Home; Passthrough if applicable
Account delivers Mon-Sat unless there are issues. Drivers will be home weekly but not guaranteed Weekends. Unload is box by box on gravity rollers.
Average Unload is 500 pieces and hour (4000 pieces in trailer)
