PeopleReady is now hiring Ground Maintenance Tech
Pay Rate for this Job is $17/Hour
Responsibilities:
• Cutting and trimming grass, shrubbery, and ornamental plants.
• Keeping common areas clean of debris.
• Upkeep of vehicles and equipment.
• Applying fertilizer and weed control.
• Assisting the Maintenance Manager with tasks such as painting, repairing, dry wall,
• electrical and plumbing duties.
• Participate in training to improve quality and productivity
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Follow all safety rules and company guidelines
• Perform other job duties as needed, including occasional quality inspections
• Ideal candidate will have hands on experience with lawn maintenance and equipment
• maintenance.
Qualifications.
• Applicant will have previous experience maintaining equipment and driving truck and trailer.
• Applicant must have a valid driver
• license and a clean driving record.
• Our facilities and
• properties are nonsmoking.
• High School Diploma preferred, computer literate, good communication skills
