Exposure to Mobility Development a plus
Exposure to Travel and Airline industry a plus
Certification
Minimum Certification: CSM, CSPO, SAFe, Agilist
Additional Certifications: ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Agile transformation at enterprise level, Suggest suitable Agile framework
for the project / account / enterprise, Training executives, managers and
leaders, Perform Agile maturity assessment at project and account levels,
Creating the implementation roadmap, Bring best engineering development
practices in the Agile development process, Fluency in ALM tools (JIRA/Version
One/TFS/Agile Central/Rally, etc.) , Expert in development, testing,
operations and support process in software development
Suggest best CI / CD pipeline for the Agile organization, Help organize teams
in a distributed environment
Establish governance & communication mechanisms, Identify the best KPI /
metrics for a continuously improving team / enterprise
Servant Leader Mindset, Enable Scrum masters and Scrum Teams, Train Scrum
Masters, Product Owners, and Scrum POD members on Agile values, principles,
practices and ceremonies.
Enable the Scrum Masters, Product Owners and POD members to continuously
improve,Guide the Product Owner / Story Author in improving user story
grooming, Help the team understand adopt the Scrum pillars and values
Support the team in performing additional ceremonies to scale at Agile
adoption, Facilitate scenario-based learning for Scrum Masters, Product Owners,
and POD Members
