Detailed Job Description:
BMC Remedy AR System v9.x Development and Integration methods
BMC CMDB 9.x, BMC Atrium Integrator 9.x,
BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.x (Service Desk, Change & Release Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Management), BMC SRM 9.x and BMC SLM 9.x
Knowledge on Out-of-the box Foundation Data configurations
Knowledge on Integration with third-party applications using Atrium Integrator, Web Services and REST API’s.
knowledge on BMC Remedy Developer Studio for customizations and BMC Remedy Data Import & UDM tool for Foundation Data Loading
Strong ITIL Framework concepts
Experience in proposing and implementing architecture of Custom integrations
Experience in configuring and working on Remedy Server-group environment
Previous experience of working overlay concept
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues
Experience with Mid-tier and troubleshoot issues with load balancer
Minimum years of experience : 5+
