The position of Call Center Agent is responsible for taking inbound customer service/tech support calls
Company Background: Remote Marketing Services LLC is a remote call center established in 2018. We are seeking 15 strong candidates who are interested in earning supplemental income. We hire contractors only.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer service/technical support calls, Help customers navigate systems, Help customers complete transactions
Candidate Requirements: No experience required, at least 6 months customer service preferred, Must know how to use Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook & Word), prefer at least 6 months experience with Excel, at least 1-year experience with Chrome, Internet Explorer, and FireFox
Position Compensation: Contractor Status, Pay rate range (9-13/hour) after training
