Job Description
The Senior Analyst will turn healthcare data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions aimed at improving healthcare quality, enhancing the patient experience, and reducing spending.
In addition to supporting the other functional teams in Analytics through involvement in QA and other support functions, this Senior Analyst will engage in a variety of statistical analysis, develop benchmarks and implement analytical solutions to impact bundled payment performance measurement and optimization.
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered)
– Bachelors degree, preferably in healthcare or an analytic field
– 3-5 years of experience applying a data science skill set (i.e. data management, data analysis, visualization, knowledge of data structures and algorithms)
– 3-5 years of experience using programming languages (i.e. Python, Java) and BI tools (i.e. Tableau)
– 3-5 years of experience working with database languages such as SQL or MySQL
– Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience in an engaging manner

– Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
