Job Description:
As the pharmacy business analyst, you will be a key member of the pharmacy leadership team, assisting the Director of Pharmacy and 340B/Reimbursement Coordinator in the management of all administrative activities related to pharmaceutical reimbursement, revenue integrity, budgeting, and 340B program compliance and optimization to drive financial improvements. Your primary customers will be Vendors, Pharmacists, Patients, and Finance.

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered):
– Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business or IT
– 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a healthcare field required
– Should have specific knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
– Project management skills preferred
– Pharmacy Technician Licensure by the State of AR within 6 months of hire
