Warehouse/Driver

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Matches packing slip to items shipped from Distribution Center or a supplier to ensure all items are accounted for
 Receives/Invoices items in the computer system to show which items are available for the customers;
 Prepares items for delivery to customer; ensures items are pulled from inventory or from daily shipment accurately by paying attention to detail
 Secures packages to make sure no items are damaged in delivery to customer
 Deliver items to customers; obtains signature from customer to validate receipt of items
 Receives delivery sheet that shows which customers are scheduled for delivery that day
 Determines best route to take to meet all customer demands
 Organizes products in reverse delivery order and loads in delivery vehicle
 Unloads products at customer location and obtains customer signature on packing slip to show proof of delivery
Will interact with customers while delivering items; interacts with Customer Service Representatives and Account Representatives to resolve any problems with customer orders
REQUIREMENTS
 Reliability, organization and attention to detail required
 Basic computer skills, including information processing
 Know how to operate a sitdown forklift
 Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
 Must be able to move up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs
