Job Description:
· Systems Administrator – B2B Software
Looking for a Systems Administrator to perform infrastructure and application
administration, configuration, and maintenance of B2B software and environment.
o Provide production support for B2B systems
o Identify, research, resolve, and document technical issues with existing
B2B application
o Monitor and optimize system performance
o Interact with business partners and IT personnel to deliver technical
solutions that satisfy IT and business needs
o Participate in application installations and upgrades, including
regression testing of new releases and impact analysis to ensure stability and
data integrity pre- and post-release
Requirements:
o Familiarity with common B2B protocols, including FTP, SFTP, AS2, RNIF
o Experience supporting an enterprise application, including upgrades and
maintenance
o Familiarity with UNIX, Oracle, Java, and Microsoft Office suite
o Experience with Axway B2Bi or Axway Gateway Interchange
Other:
o Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
o Project Management skills
o Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
