Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain
Experience in Loan Originations and Servicing systems
8+ years of experience in testing.
Experience in QA – Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.
Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions as needed
Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
Extensive experience in planning Automation Strategy.
Strong Experience in Selenium Automation Framework Setup, Maven, Jenkins and other tools.
Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
