This role will be supporting the Planning and Performance team within the Risk and Compliance Architecture organization. The team works closely with the Risk & Compliance Architecture leadership team to solve problems and drive high priority projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams to drive high-value analyses; facilitate effective decision-making by proactively gathering and prioritizing information and relevant decision-making criteria.
Plan, facilitate and prepare executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders including the board, regulators, and other senior leadership.
Work closely with senior leadership to analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement across the organization, including the effectiveness of internal processes; help to define new operational strategies.
Oversee operations (e.g. communications, financials, town halls) and an array of administrative tasks (e.g. planning and coordinating meetings).
Build and develop relationships with employees across the department for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations; manage inquiries and collaborate to develop action plans to address them.
Contribute to or lead high-priority R&C activities or special projects, as identified.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
4 – 6 years of total work experience preferred; 1 to 3 years of related experience; experience in management consulting or financial services preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient.
Ability to synthesize complex information to derive and communicate actionable insights.
Superb writing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate concepts and create well-structured messages.
Ability to manage aggressive and competing priorities to achieve successful execution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Self-starter and highly motivated, with entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, consensus building, negotiating, and executing enterprise-wide risk programs.

Responsibilities

· Direct responsibility for project success including safety, schedule, profitability, budget, and customer satisfaction

· Communicate with General Superintendent regarding project schedule, employee performance, manpower needs, etc.
· Assist Magna Estimating Department by attending pre-bid meetings, performing material take offs, determining equipment needed & assessing project general conditions
· Participate in business development by forming relationships with customers, helping customers solve problems, identify additional opportunities to help customers and educate customer on all products and services provided by Magna
· Establish and maintain professional working relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and equipment manufacturers.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in at least one of the following trades: Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, Welding, Sheetmetal/Ductwork and/or Millwright
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience in construction leadership position: Lead Tech, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, etc.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in heavy commercial or industrial sectors
Candidates must have basic computer skills to operate MS Windows Explorer, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
