Assembler

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of complex assemblies used in microwave and millimeter wave components.

Must be able to work with, precision soldering tools, and be able to solder various small parts under microscope.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following job functions:

• Proficient soldering workmanship according to IPC-A-610 or equivalent.
• Detailed microelectronics assembly including the installation of mechanical and electrical hardware using screws, fasteners, machined parts, feedthrus, ground lugs, and various other components.
• Detailed electrical assembly including surface mount soldering of large and small (<0.04” X 0.02”) electrical components using a microscope to view the work area, soldering wires and wire harnesses, soldering connectors and feedthrus, soldering of QFNs and BGAs using solder paste and rework/reflow oven.
• Working from verbal instructions and written instructions including Bills of Material, Lot Travelers, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Accurately complete all paperwork required to ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
• Kitting components using a pick list or an assembly drawing.
• Performing physical inventory counts.
• General clean up.

Full Time
$13.50 – $18.00 per hour
